Born from a small dining room in Menteng in 2014, JFI Food began with a simple obsession: bringing the world’s finest wagyu cuts to the Indonesian table.
We work directly with certified ranchers, enforce strict marble-score standards, and grill every cut over binchotan charcoal. Eleven years later, that dedication has grown into 10 branches across the archipelago — without ever compromising a single principle of quality.
